Tend to your Flock

You should consider everyone you see each day to be part of your flock. They are your responsibility. The stranger, weirder, dirtier they are, the more they need your attention. Don’t pass them by without a smile, a wave, or hello. It might make all the difference in the world to them. Keep in mind what kind of impact that would have if everyone did that? How unfortunate would it be for you if you were the only one who didn’t?
