
My brand of exercise for the last 11+ years has been P90X by Tony Horton. I just started my 25th round of the 90 day workout and I love it. I’ve obviously been off and on with it over the last 11 years but have been able to give it a lot more attention over the last 13+ months and have hit all time highs in weights and reps. I have a variety of tactics to keep myself motivated and there are a lot of benefits to being able to exercise from home, particularly during the pandemic.
If you’re not familiar with P90X, I’ll let the marketing experts at Amazon tell you all about it. My favorite part is that I get great results and don’t have to pay for a gym membership or go through the hassle of getting all my stuff together and wasting time driving to/from a gym. Not to mention, you get a whole exercise program laid out for you that you know works and has a finite time window. I used to go to the gym, I used to come up with pretty good/consistent muscle group workouts, but there was no telling where that would go and there was no ‘end’ in sight.
